Well, UDReplicas DOES have the license for DC properties, but I have no idea if it extends to Smallville stuff.
And while I seriously doubt there would be much interest in this beyond a few hardcore junkies, I know *I* would be in for one. They are only running 250 Wolverine suits, and that was from an immensely popular movie that made tons of money. I dunno, I'm just not convinced there's a market for a jacket like this, even if it does feature heavily in this season. |

We no longer get Smallville, so I have to wait till the season airs there, and buy the season DVD at the end of the year, but I had to open the spoiler for a look. That is very cool and very exciting! I would grab one for sure, It looks like it would make a great Bike jacket too.

If they took the time to explain it, I think they would say Martha "secured" it for him. She got him the tights and cape, so I'm guessing her and her Red Queen resources are the ones that whipped this up for him.
Totally just spit balling here, but that is how *I* would weave it into the smallville mythos. |

In the original story his suit is invulnerable. but so far they have not been. I know for a fact they have already destroyed a few of these jackets, so I have to assume since my inside info is very limited that this is not of kryptonian origin and there for not invulnerable.
